Nebraska Withholding Certificate for Nonresident Individuals Requirements

Omaha Public Power District is required by the State of Nebraska to obtain form W-4NA 'Nebraska Withholding Certificate for Nonresident Individuals' from professional service providers who meet the following criteria:

• Nonresident (residing outside the State of Nebraska)
• Service is performed in Nebraska
• Provider is at least 80% owner in the company

Payment will be delayed pending receipt of your W-4NA by OPPD.

If you feel you are not required to provide a W-4NA, please explain below and return this letter to use with your vendor packet.
